Stay on Top of Legal Research with LawPavilion Electronic Law Reports

The 21st century is often referred to as the “Era of technological evolution”. Advancement in the digital revolution has simplified the role of professionals in the modern age. The opportunities that come with the adoption of technology have positively influenced the way professionals and various organizations carry out their daily activities.

As we enter this new era of digital automation, some of the changes that come forthwith will impact the roles of legal professionals. Therefore, traditional legal practitioners will be left with no choice but to scale up their game to become smart legal practitioners.

Some couple of months back, I was summoned by my Principal to get a brief prepared for a case we had at the magistrate court the next day. As a young lawyer, this is the golden opportunity to prove myself as the best litigator I’ve always aspired to be but unfortunately, I had limited resources.

Apparently, I got started with my research. To my greatest surprise, I came across LawPavilion electronic law reports while surfing the internet. Boom! This is indeed the real deal (I said to myself), within a few hours I got my brief ready and the journey to the Magistrate court began.

On getting to the court premises, there stands the defendant of the accused with a giant-size bag popularly known as “Ghana-must-go”. The content within the bag was said to be various compilations of books that were meant for referencing while the trial is ongoing. I, on the other hand, held on to my classic I-pad as the smart lawyer that I am (all thanks to LawPavilion).

To cut the long story short, my well-detailed analysis and distinctive articulation during the course of the trial gave me an edge over the traditional lawyer. Hence, we recorded a befitting victory.
